Fourth of July is over. Today is Sunday. People are most likely trying to get back into their routines after a week with a holiday smack dab in the middle of week. I stayed in town and was able to enjoy the Downtown Austin Fireworks for the first time. Due to last Summer’s horrible drought, fireworks were cancelled, so it was nice to be able to drive 5 minutes and enjoy a beautiful show in my town.

Quick note: I didn’t bring a tripod and shooting in pretty much darkness is a challenge sans flash…but, I just wanted to try and see what I could get under those conditions.
