Lately I have been finding myself shooting a lot of portrait sessions. Portraits are my favorite, because of the one on one time you spend with your subject. I have been shooting portraits for over ten years going back to my time in LA. My old friend, Joe, needed some updated head shots, so we cruised around Austin and had an afternoon of laughs. Did I mention he is absolutely hilarious? Joe is represented by Heyman Talent Agency.
Summer is pretty much here, which (in my opinion) makes it not as tempting to be outdoors making pictures. The sun is so darn hot and it can be overly bright. So, one is subjected to early morning or late late afternoon to get pretty shots. I completely FORGOT that I never posted these cuties from this past Spring when the rain was abundant and the pretty weather plentiful. We had an absolutely gorgeous wildflower season due to the great rainy weather. I earned my Texas Portrait Photographer Badge photographing kids in the bluebonnets.
Loves to Nicole, Colby, Colette and Ancel for a sweet afternoon in March.
